Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has published its critical skills list and offshore criteria for 2022.
The ACT Critical Skills List has been published along with the offshore criteria.
ACT has a published list that identifies the occupations in current demand in the territory. This list contains over 60 occupation groups, including cooks, café managers, journalists and writers, Accountants, Media professionals and Engineers.
ACT has given the number of nomination places available each month, which is less than 5 in most cases. However, Software and applications programmers have less than 40 places available each month while the number is less than 20 in the case of ICT business and systems analysts.
Follow NRI Affairs on Facebook and Twitter for latest updates.
ACT says they will not invite you to apply for ACT nomination if the monthly cap for your nominated occupation has been reached.
The complete list can be found here.
The territory updates the list every four months to ensure that “the ACT Migration Program adapts and responds to the evolving critical skills needs of the ACT economy.”
